So Captures LLC Business Payment Policy
Welcome to SO Captures, where we capture your moments with passion and professionalism. To ensure a clear understanding between us and our valued clients, we've outlined our payment policy below.
1. Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. This deposit will be credited toward your final bill.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled photography session. For events booked less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following methods of payment for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank Transfers
- PayPal
- Zelle
- Cash
- GoDaddy Payments
3. Late Payments:
- A reminder will be sent for any outstanding payments due 7 days prior to the due date.
- Late payments will incur a fee of $25 per week past the due date.
- Non-payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit, as outlined in our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
4. Additional Charges:
- Additional charges for extra services or products not included in the initial package (e.g., additional hours, special editing requests, physical prints) will be invoiced separately and are due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Clients will be notified and must approve any additional charges in advance.
5. Refunds:
- As per our Booking and Cancellation Policy, the deposit is non-refundable. Any possible refunds for cancellations or changes in services will be handled according to the terms outlined in that policy.
- In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the final delivered product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential remedies. Refunds or partial refunds in such cases will be at the discretion of [Your Business Name].
6. Receipts and Invoices:
- An invoice detailing the services provided and payments made will be issued upon completion of the photography session and delivery of the final product.
- Receipts for payments will be provided electronically unless a physical copy is requested.
7. Changes to Services:
- Any changes to the agreed services which affect the total cost will be communicated and agreed upon in writing. An updated invoice will be issued reflecting these changes.
