Introduction:

At SO Captures, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community. This policy outlines our commitment to implementing and adhering to health and safety standards that align with public health guidelines and industry best practices.

Scope

This policy applies to all photography sessions, including indoor studio shoots, outdoor locations, and client-designated venues.

Responsibilities:

• SO Captures is responsible for providing a safe working environment, conducting regular risk assessments, and implementing necessary safety measures.
• Clients are expected to follow safety instructions provided by SO Captures during the photography sessions.

General Health and Safety Measures:

• We will conduct all photography sessions in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Regular cleaning and sanitization of photography equipment and studio spaces will be performed, with particular attention to high-touch areas.
• Adequate ventilation will be ensured during indoor shoots.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• PPE will be used as required by health guidelines and the nature of the photography session.
• Clients will be informed in advance if specific PPE is required for their session.

Health Screening:

• Clients and staff are requested to reschedule appointments if they exhibit symptoms related to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, have been in close contact with a confirmed case, or have been advised to isolate by health authorities.
• Health screening questions may be asked prior to the commencement of any photography session.

Policy Updates:
